Ethics Hotline
Our “Doing What’s Right” Hotline is available. Through this program, we focus on making our code of ethics an everyday part of the job by encouraging the right decisions when it comes to our own actions. Indiana Tech utilizes an independent company called The Network to facilitate this process. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and allows a person to anonymously voice concerns about unethical behavior without fear of retaliation.
Report toll-free by phone: (866) 614-2757
Please note that this “whistleblower hotline” is intended for reporting dishonest or unethical behavior, such as waste, fraud, health and safety violations, abuse of authority, or unethical professional misconduct.
Employees – This hotline should not be used for conflicts between coworkers over work style or personality differences, questions about pay, benefits, scheduling, or performance reviews, or expressing frustration about workload or management decisions without evidence of unethical behavior. These issues should go through normal channels, such as to a supervisor or HR.
Students – This hotline should not be used for personal disputes, academic disagreements, general complaints, complaints about a coach or teammate, or matters that are not of an unethical nature. These issues should go through normal channels, such as student affairs, academic affairs, coaches, the athletic director, or advisors.
